The Luigi Veronesi Committee, presided over by the artist’s son Silvio Veronesi, is the body authorised to issue authentications for all the works by the artist.
The Luigi Veronesi Committee is teamed with the 10 A.M. ART, the art gallery that represents Luigi Veronesi, for the reception of all the necessary material for starting off the authentication and the archiviation procedure of the artist’s works.
The certificate of authenticity with the archiviation certificate will be drafted, stamped, signed, and emitted by the Luigi Veronesi Committee within 60 days of the email confirming the arrival of the material and the bank payment and the receipt for the reimbursement of expenses for the services requested.
PROCEDURE FOR THE AUTHENTICATION AND THE ARCHIVIATION OF WORKS BY LUIGI VERONESI:
Send the request for the authentication and the archiviation to info@comitatoluigiveronesi.org
In the email reply there will be supplied a PDF file with all the necessary details for starting off the procedure for the authentication and the archiviation of the works by Luigi Veronesi.
The data requested are summed up here:
• Data about the applicant and of the proprietor (in the case of their being different persons)
• Data about the work
• The work’s provenance
The file must be completed in all its parts, signed, dates and sent by registered post together with
2 PHOTOS OF THE FRONT AND 2 OF THE BACK OF THE WORK, AND 1 PHOTO OF THE DETAIL OF THE ARTIST’S SIGNATURE (WE REQUIRE HIGH-DEFINITION, PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS, ALL TO BE PRINTED IN AN 18X24 CM FORMAT, TO BE SENT IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY REACH THE RECIPIENT IN GOOD CONDITION) - TO:

Once having received an email confirming the arrival of the material and of the gallery’s invoice relative to the reimbursement of expenses, you must make a bank transfer and send the receipt of the payment to info@comitatoluigiveronesi.org
• Payment of 250,00 Euro (+ VAT) for the works on canvas and panel
• Payment of 150,00 Euro (+ VAT) for works on paper and photographic works
THE AUTHENTICATION AND THE ARCHIVIATION PROCEDURE WILL BEGIN ONLY AFTER RECEPTION OF THE MATERIAL ASKED FOR AND THE RELATIVE BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT. EVEN IF THE WORKS CANNOT BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE ARTIST LUIGI VERONESI, THE PAYMENT CANNOT BE REIMBURSED; IN THIS CASE THE APPLICANT WILL RECEIVE A LETTER SENT BY THE LUIGI VERONESI COMMITTEE WHICH WILL INDICATE THE REASONS FOR WHICH IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO ISSUE A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY.

If it is felt to be necessary, a request can be made for a physical viewing of the work that must take place following an agreement with the Luigi Veronesi Committee and the 10 A.M. ART gallery.
The times and costs for any eventual transport will be agreed on via email.
